Production Time:
- The normal production time on this announcement is 3 business days after the order is finalized. Production time does not include shipping time, nor does it include the day your order is placed.
- A variety of shipping options are offered in the checkout area.
- If we need to contact you about your text, the production time does not begin until we have received a response from you.
- We do offer a RUSH option an this announcement, which speeds up the production time. It saves you at least one day and costs $15.00.
- See this page for detailed information about the production time and the RUSH option.
What's Included (Please read carefully):
- Raised ink (thermography) is used to print your text. Thermography has been the standard for graduation announcements for many years; it has a distinctive look and feel.
- Black ink is included in the listed price; you may select other ink colors for an additional charge of $5.95.
- The order form will allow you to choose the printed design for the front of the card. There are 13 designs to choose from. This order form assumes that you are planning to use a horizontal design.
- Use any of the lettering styles we offer. You have the option of using a larger font for the student or school name, or using "combination lettering" so that the name is in a different font. There is no charge to use a combination of two lettering styles.
- You may use one of our suggested texts for the inside of the card, or write your own. This card has room for 16 lines of text, with 42 characters and spaces per line.
- The main announcement text is printed on the lower inside panel of the card, and the upper panel is available for a Bible verse, mascot, or motto. There is room for 8 lines of text and 42 characters and spaces per line for the motto or verse.
- This design DOES NOT have slots to insert a name card. You may include a name card, if you wish; it would be placed inside the fold of the announcement before inserting into the envelope.
- The announcements are shipped flat and are scored for folding. This is a French-folded card, which means that the paper is folded in half along a score line, and then folded in half again. The card opens at the side. After folding, it measures 4.5" x 6".
- See this page for more information about folding.
Envelopes and Name Cards:
- This announcement price includes one bright white SINGLE envelope for each card. The envelopes have a silver decked-edge to match the announcement.
- If you'd like to have some extra envelopes on hand in the event of a mistake, you may purchase additional quantities on the order form for $.20 each.
- You may add inner envelopes to your order; they are also offered for $0.20 each ($5.00 per package of 25). The inner envelopes match the outers, with the silver deckle.
- Envelope printing is available for an additional charge and is offered at the bottom of the order form, just below the "add to cart" button for the announcements.
- If you have questions about addressing the envelopes or wonder when you should mail your announcements, see our etiquette page.
